Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Kinga Czarnecka Art Studio, operating Vizuolo and the brands AmiPoster, MiloMintStudio and MintStudio in Poland. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@vizuolo.com.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers this website and private desktop applications used by the owner to manage the studio's own Etsy, marketplace and Pinterest business accounts. These applications are not offered to the public, have no public registration and do not process customer order or payment data.

3. Data we process

Depending on the connected service, our tools may process:

• the studio's Pinterest account identifier and public profile details;
• the studio's board names, board identifiers and Pin metadata;
• OAuth access and refresh tokens required for authentication;
• public product information and images from the studio's own listings;
• limited technical logs, including timestamps, API responses and error details.

We do not intentionally collect Pinterest users' private information, customer payment data or sensitive personal data.

4. Why and how data is used

Data is used only to authenticate the owner, display the owner's boards, create or schedule Pins for the studio's products, prevent duplicate publication and diagnose errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and promoting our own business and, where applicable, consent given through the connected platform's OAuth screen.

5. Storage and retention

Credentials and generated media are stored locally on the owner's secured computer. OAuth tokens are kept only while the account remains connected. Technical logs are normally retained for up to 90 days. After Pinterest is disconnected, tokens are revoked or deleted and Pinterest-derived metadata is deleted within 30 days, except where a longer period is required by law or necessary to investigate security incidents.

6. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell personal data. We do not resell, license, redistribute or otherwise make Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data available to third parties. Data is sent only to service providers needed to perform the requested operation, such as Pinterest, Etsy, Google Drive or hosting providers, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Pinterest API notice

Our private applications use the Pinterest API to publish the studio's own content to the studio's own Pinterest accounts. Vizuolo, AmiPoster, MiloMintStudio and MintStudio are not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Pinterest. Pinterest is a trademark of its respective owner.

8. Security

We use access controls, local credential storage, encrypted connections and least-privilege API scopes. No method is completely risk-free, but we review access and remove credentials that are no longer needed.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law, including the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact privacy@vizuolo.com to exercise these rights.

10. Children and changes

Our website and tools are intended for business use by adults and are not directed at children. We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change; the current date will always appear at the top of this page.
